A large percentage of management from both Lenel & UTC, (which you may unfortunately have to deal with) are petty, nasty, vindictive & just plain mean. If you think you'll be that rare gem that catches the eye of management & thrives in this toxic environment, then you're sadly mistaken. If you're a good, honest person then you're looking at the wrong place. If you come in the doors as a decent & positive person, it won't be long before they eat you up & spit you out. You'll be left depressed, full of self doubt & with little to no self esteem, wondering how you got yourself into this mess, but too broken down to escape it. While I am surprised that with the lack of good leadership, innovation & product vision, they're still around, I'm not the in the least bit surprised that almost every single review is so deeply negative. The reviews are more than accurate, yet at the same time they don't come close to telling you how bad it really is. Think about it... how many companies have you seen on Glass Door that have such a huge percentage of really bad reviews? That in itself should tell you everything you need to know. Oh & I was not let go, laid off or fired, when I finally got the courage & strength up & made up my mind, I quit.
