Pros

I have worked for long in LIPL , it was great time, good exposure in every field, open office culture , every employee get a chance to prove and develop themselves in Design and Other Fields too... Good work environment and culture, team has always been supportive and management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and they Good salary hike. Your views , ideas are well heard and implemented. LIPL has worked on and challenging projects and products. If you want to grow technically and financially, then LIPL will be the right decision to join.

Cons

Project Management should be taken into account for better completion of products / projects.

Pros

Good place if you wish to exhaust precious time of life being absolutely unproductive

Cons

No work-life balance, out-of-scope work, no compensation on time, no overtime, no seniors to guide, no respect for time, opinion or work. Director overcommits, underperforms- resulting in Scope Creep. Management follows Cargo Cult mentality. Illusory Superiority/Dunning-Kruger effect in HR Team. No Vision, No Mission, No Achievement.

Pros

Worked on real full stack development projects with actual production impact — not just busy work. The team was highly approachable and senior developers always made time for code reviews and mentoring. Positive work culture with a strong focus on learning. Good exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies. Felt like a valued team member from day one. Great place to build technical confidence and professional skills as a fresher.

Cons

Onboarding for interns could be slightly more structured at the start — it takes a couple of days to find your footing. A formal intern orientation or documentation guide would help new joiners ramp up even faster.
