Caustic environment, the anger permeates from the top. Very few architects, so mentoring is non-existent, The focus is on making money, not architecture, Extremely high employee turn over means they are in a constant hiring mode.

While most of our staff find this environment positive, we appreciate your candor and will incorporate the feedback as we evaluate ways to continually improve the employee experience.
Nothing. Absolutely no flexibility and have to work from the office everyday. If you can't make it to the office you have to take PTO.
Cons
Everything especially the leadership. They play favouritism, absolutely disrespectful if you don't kiss the ground they walk on. Zero transparency and flexibility. High turnover rate. I saw more than 10 people leave or get fired within the last year.
