      - Full flexible remote work across European timezones - Regular voluntary team gatherings in European cities - Above average pay - Management trusts the employees & they stick to their promises - No politics

      Cons

      Working full remote always means it's more difficult to get to know co-workers. However, the team gatherings help a lot with this :)
