      Pros

      - Easy to use platform - Support team is great and quick to help - You get to decide your own rates and schedule - Easy to monitor and analyze your performance - Finding clients is easy

      Cons

      - Only uses PayPal - rescheduling lessons can be a little difficult

      Pros

      It's generally not hard to find people to tutor (especially during the school year), and the quality of students is generally pretty high. You do have to reply to a lot of ads, but if you do that you will find people. Lessonpal handles all of the payment stuff so I don't have to worry about that.

      Cons

      You do have to pay your own self-employment taxes since Lessonpal isn't an employer and so doesn't send you a W-2 form.

      Cons

      Everyone undercuts their rates, so hard to get payed well.
