Declining Corporate Culture - Marketing and Communications Let's Talk Science Employee Review

Remote work has ruined the community culture, no priority has been made to maintain a connection to the organization as a whole, teams are completely siloed and it shows. I don't see any loyalty being built with new employees, not a surprise people leave so frequently.
