      Pros

      Cool startup company in automotive industry.

      Cons

      Bad management. Bad communication and lack of integrity. People get fired and quit constantly. Company tells employees to care more about their job than family. They also do not listen to concerns that you may have about projects that you are working on. Overtime is not paid. No benefits.
