Pros

- 4 day work week (10 hour days) - If you complete your route early, they still pay the full 10 hours (for now)

Cons

- Pay is low for the amount of knowledge and effort required to do the job - Vans are absolutely filthy and poorly maintained - Leadership takes no responsibility for the safety of drivers, nor do they provide any actual guidance beyond something akin to, "suck it up" or "figure it out." - Since the company is contracted by Amazon, it is at the mercy of Amazon when it comes to policy changes/enforcement, scheduling, routing... essentially every aspect of the job is controlled by Amazon - the Flex app severely needs work; on a daily basis it navigates me to both dangerous driving situations, and attempts to navigate me through permanently closed roads (of which, I and other drivers have provided feedback to correct) - Of the policies that Letter Ride leadership actually does control, they don't communicate those to the employees in any thing resembling a consistent (or coherent) manner; for example, when I was hired I was told that they did not guarantee 10 hours per day, but then months later I find out that I should have been getting 10 hours guaranteed the entire time, and missed out on hundreds of dollars in pay because I was given incorrect information.
