      Pros

      - One of the best and friendliest teams I've ever worked with - Hugely passionate, everyone's working towards the same goal - Amazing energy, fast paced environment full of clever people - Great team nights out and team races, people hang out outside of work - A growing team, lots of opportunity to lead and learn

      Cons

      - Startup environment might not be for everyone - The team works hard, everyone cares about what they do. It's not the usual 9-5

      Pros

      Awesome team and a lot of opportunity to work cross functionally and learn new skills

      Cons

      Not really any cons, typical startup things like “wear a lot of hats” and it can feel like everything is urgent at times. My only issue is that there were no raises given while I worked there, even to employees who received raises exemplary performance reviews.

      Pros

      * Get to work on inspiring people to achieve their fitness goals and beyond * Start-up culture where you get to move fast on projects and ideas * The company value of 'Radical Candor' seems to make everyone open and honest with each other * Everyone has a voice and the senior leadership really makes sure your opinions are heard * Generally just a great culture of positivity, fitness, and honest

      Cons

      * It is a start up so I've definitely felt the workload from time to time but if it gets too much it's never been an issue to take time off or pump the brakes alittle bit. * As part of getting hired in the US, the company is moving me to the UK. The visa process during the pandemic has been a bit frustrating and remote work on a different continent is a challenge from time to time.
