Pros

- A team full of the most dedicated and intelligent people I've ever had the pleasure of working with - Tremendous amount of autonomy and opportunities for growth - if you have good ideas, you are given the support and opportunity to run with them - The company's mission is to help people live more active lives and is extremely committed to this mission. The projects you get to work on are exciting and impactful

Cons

- The culture is young and energetic but can sometimes feel a bit manic which isn't for everyone. - By nature of being a fast-paced startup, sometimes you are required to work long hours or feel like you need to work on the weekends. It can be difficult to shut off from work - There is a bit of a lack of diversity in the workforce, however, this is being addressed and is a focus of management in the hiring plans going forward.

Pros

Awesome team and a lot of opportunity to work cross functionally and learn new skills

Cons

Not really any cons, typical startup things like “wear a lot of hats” and it can feel like everything is urgent at times. My only issue is that there were no raises given while I worked there, even to employees who received raises exemplary performance reviews.

Pros

* Get to work on inspiring people to achieve their fitness goals and beyond * Start-up culture where you get to move fast on projects and ideas * The company value of 'Radical Candor' seems to make everyone open and honest with each other * Everyone has a voice and the senior leadership really makes sure your opinions are heard * Generally just a great culture of positivity, fitness, and honest

Cons

* It is a start up so I've definitely felt the workload from time to time but if it gets too much it's never been an issue to take time off or pump the brakes alittle bit. * As part of getting hired in the US, the company is moving me to the UK. The visa process during the pandemic has been a bit frustrating and remote work on a different continent is a challenge from time to time.
