Pros
I have been working in this company for a couple of months and haven't felt a second that my decision was wrong. The work is definitely not a breeze and you won't find yourself wasting a lot of time here. The work culture is really unique and everyone considers themselves as a part of the leva family. If you're fresh out of college then it's one of the best places to be as you will be learning something new every single day, it may be technical or product related, but the learning isn't limited.
Cons
The similar cons as of any startup, not many resources at hand and lots of work to get done, which may seem as a con but it makes it more worthwhile.
