Pros
Salary structure was good i.e., Basic is 52% and Gratuity was out of CTC. Other than this no Pros.
Cons
1. Selfish HR (projects his decisions to management as its all employees decision) 2. Its a hire & fire company 3. There is a reward program for 5 years employment, when it turns to HR time of his 5 years then he rewards with costly items (Sony sound bar - Rs. 25K / $350-400) but for earlier employees who completed 5 years with Levadata he (not company :) ) rewards staff with Rs. 5K / $65-70 worth Boat sound bar. 4. Most of glass door reviews from 2020 are fake which are best for company (mostly submitted by HR) 5. HR always asks to follow his own rules & policies against to company documented policies specially when it comes to leaves
