      - $18/day for lunch - cafe discount

      Cons

      - run by former Wall Street finance bros who use fear-based tactics and do not truly care for the mission - managers stretched too thin - zero communication - rampant nepotism - no room for difference of opinion - hiring people based solely on where their degree is from, not based on them actually being competent

      Pros

      Really good opportunity to grow responsibility and scope quickly if you’re proactive and consistently product good work. Competitive compensation and benefits as well as a great mission and super talented team.

      Cons

      High expectations and can be pressure to consistently deliver, though this was often self-induced after I asked for more responsibility.

      Some of the people working here are wonderful.

      Cons

      The leadership is insane. They pretend to be interested in helping people but those who succeed in the company do so by being cut throat and dishonest. Weaponized incompetence is a way of life.
