Unprofessional working environment - Deposit Operations Specialist Level One Bank Employee Review

Unprofessional environment to work in. Constant gossip and behind the back talking lead by management and leads. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to work there you will eventually get drug into the mess if you are not a part of it. Favoritism is shown based on who is friends with who not based on performance. No real raises at all, and it’s easy to be boxed in to a role. They will give you lead workload but expec you to stay at the pay rate you’re at. Promises promotions but does no follow through.
