Pros
When I started at Levin Group it was dysfunctional but there were great people working there so you put up with the craziness because you liked your team.
Cons
The executives are tripping over their own egos at the expense of the employees who for whatever reason still work there. It is not a leadership team you can believe in and there is dwindling faith in the managers that remain under them. Good employees are fleeing in a hurry.
