Pros
Possibility to have side role(s) at Levio related to management, technical interviews, and sales on top of the main mandate. Great to gain experience, and help Levio run the business. Good overall benefits package that unfortunately does not last long due to low wage increases. Great activities organized by the "social club", often for families.
Cons
Wage increases are well below inflation, year after year, even with excellent performance reviews. There is no pay increase when switching from non-lead role to lead role. Levio charges more to the client, but the employee has no benefits. Too small compensation (bonuses) for management roles at Levio.
