Pros
Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, as far I've seen Levit8 is one of the most supportive and kind companies I've worked for. The team is more than happy to help out when you get stuck, and management is forgiving when you make mistakes. For the most part technicians work autonomously, unless it's something you've never worked with before, or someone calls in for a ticket you've handled - but at that point the team is helpful and showing you how to do something.
Cons
The phones can be a bit hectic but, management is working on getting all technicians to answer the phones so we can also finish and focus on our tickets.
