-Forcing people to work long hours and weekend, but management just puts their 8 hours and gone for the day, work life balance during busy periods is very poor.
- Pay about average, benefits below average, bare minimum holidays and very little (significantly below industry average) paid time off.
- Perks are non existence, no flexible schedule
- Parking can be a challenge
-Company culture is about making as much money as possible, product quality is last on everyone’s list.
-Old/aging facilities and offices, need significant improvement.
-Crowded labs and work areas
-no AC on the production floor, will easily get into unbearable ~100F on summer days
