Pros
Very little. There are some friendly, hard working employees. Salary can be someone reasonable.
Cons
Executive leadership here is abysmal and incompetent. No one at the top level seems interested in understanding and resolving issues that the company faces. They will find someone to yell at when a problem arises, but do not invest the time and effort into figuring and fixing the root cause.
They do not take the time to implement much needed processes, structures, and organization, and whatever is in place is constantly changing. This leads to stress, confusion, and wasted time/energy amongst the employees who are actually trying to get work done. Tension among employees and unbalanced workloads is another side effect here.
More cons:
*5 days PTO is a joke, get with the times.
*I’m pretty sure HR is one person and was essentially useless to me.
*Why was I cleaning up dog poop/vomit from one of the executives dogs?
*Many employees suddenly let go with no severance and seemingly no real reason.
*No raises, bonuses, or reviews as far as I’m concerned.
Working here is like an episode of Succession except this family is not as funny even less competent.
