      Pros

      The company seems to offer a ton of incentives like bonus money, free gifts, company trips etc to its employees.

      Cons

      Its the car business. Other than pay, the whole thing is a con. Too many hours. Not enough time at home, always working your day off, management doesnt seem to care about anything other than the bottom line.

      At every workplace I've been at I have always been told I'm part of a family and never felt like it until I interviewed with Lewis Automotive. You feel included and like your efforts are for the mass

      Cons

      Absolutely none except there's no pepsi machines.
