Most of the advocates working in Lex Alliance are first generation lawyer so one can get the best learning experience from advocates who are always keen to clear your doubts and guide accordingly.
Cons
There is no such thing as cons when you work to learn but one thing i can say from my past experience you may have to work till late (approx 9-10 pm) which is rare, as there is a lot of work in the office.
