      Pros

      Coworkers feel like family and look out for each other. The biggest pro of working at this place are your colleagues. I grew very close to many of them and will continue to stay in touch now that I have moved on.

      Cons

      Leadership will demean and humiliate you. They will attack your character and work ethic in your reviews. CEO will not pay people what they are worth and wonders why people leave. Benefits are slim. Health insurance and 401k (w/ no company match) and that is it for benefits. Again leadership wonders why people leave.

      -Very knowledgeable co-workers -lots of room for advancement -Great group of employees to work with, resembles a family atmosphere

      No cons, I worked there for 8.5 years and am thankful for the opportunities I was given

      Some of the coworkers were nice, good environment

      Management, laboratory manager acting like they're in high school, refusing to promote qualified people, refuses to accommodate disabled employees
