      I have been there for one year and haven’t received a review. In their defense I’m making great money and they provide monthly productivity reviews

      Pros

      Permanent work from home and managers do not micromanage which is good.

      Cons

      No SMEs to assist employees

      Pros

      Was a great company before the merge with the global partner but now you're nothing but a number.

      Cons

      Low work volumes and they are completely unstable. No care at all about employees well being, direction or needs. Zero upward pay mobility. It goes years at the same pay rate.
