Working as a proofreader at LexiMed has been a truly rewarding experience. The environment is incredibly supportive, with managers and colleagues who genuinely encourage you to perform at your best. There is lots of information to take in during training at the beginning - but it is definitely worth it as once you get the hang of it the work is very interesting and rewarding, especially if you have a mixed passion for science and medicine and writing or law.

Very interesting and varied work. The specialists are all fantastic and everyone in the office has a great working relationship with them. There are well developed processes and procedures in place so you always know how things should be done and why they are done in a certain way. Great team environment working closely with everyone in the office. Plenty of opportunities for ongoing training, development and progression.

Given the work we do, having high standards and excellent attention to detail is very important and therefore will not be suited to someone who lacks this.
