Pros
They are good about allowing you to use your PTO time when requested. Some of your coworkers are great.
Cons
It's mainly a room full of women so the cattiness, the drama, the sneaky is rampant. Production was always the last to know about job openings in other departments. For any young people especially those coming out of college with degrees RUN. Dont even give them the time of day. If this is not apart of your career plan RUN. This place will suck the life out of you. And the newer supervisor they have there now.... I've been told is a piece of Work! Glad I got out when I did.
