      Great People, good pay and great benefits

      Cons

      Sinking ship, all set for another 700 layoffs. The problem with the layoffs, It's always the people who do the actual work, that get let go. It's upper management in Lexington and Toronto that need to go. Hard to believe some of those so called upper management level people are still there.

      Pros

      Interesting work and competent engineers. The office is casual and everyone is very friendly. Management is generally competent and reasonable. Very lax in terms of work-life balance, Lexmark generally trusts their engineers to get tasks completed but don't need you to be there 9-5 M-F.

      Cons

      Be prepared to survive frequent layoffs.
