      Pros

      Nice colleagues in Lexington who were supportive. Office in SG located in a very convenient place with lots of shopping and eateries all around.

      Cons

      Unfortunately got eaten up by another company as the snr mgt back then did not have the vision to push the co to the next level. Still in the selling of boxes mentality rather than pivoting to software and solutions.

      Pros

      Interesting work and competent engineers. The office is casual and everyone is very friendly. Management is generally competent and reasonable. Very lax in terms of work-life balance, Lexmark generally trusts their engineers to get tasks completed but don't need you to be there 9-5 M-F.

      Cons

      Be prepared to survive frequent layoffs.
