      Good colleagues, and that's about it

      Cons

      A lot promised when you start, nothing delivered. Horrible management, team gets smaller, tasks get pushed over to you withour any extra reward or advancement possibility. If you complain you get blamed. Ultra low wages for today's standards. No further education possibilities. Company values are not respected.

      little structure, expected to do everything on own without good training, and to remember specific things months later, when you haven't had any use of said info.
