The product is impressive and customers love it and the team is highly motivated to keep up that success. There is never a dull day at Lextegrity and I would highly recommend it as a place to work if you want to impact the world in a positive way by fighting fraud, corruption and conflicts of interest within organizations globally while building an innovative product. The team is also extremely diverse and the culture is highly supportive and built around trust.
Cons
As a start-up, the pace of innovation is rapid and management expects high performance and rapid iteration on products. While that is exciting for many people, it may not work for someone used to more of a large corporate environment with a slower pace of innovation and decision-making.
