Internally there seems to be a lack of awareness particularly among the non psychologist staff of neurodiversity. I experienced difficulties with these staff around my own neurodiversity where I felt like I was being tested or had to prove myself worth support. Multiple times I felt like I was being accused of faking my diagnosed conditions.
