Toxic workplace, stay away (notice how many negative reviews they have?) - Accountant Liberty Employee Review

I read the reviews before during and after I started working here and I really guess it depends on the location, I'm on the west coast and I do really enjoy my job. I enjoy helping people I enjoy providing an essential service, I enjoy being on the phone. The pay can definitely be better but the job security is there. My coworkers definitely keep me save I've grown to care for them alot.

Customers can be very rude that is pretty much the worst part of the job keeping your cool even if you have a hot customer. Things do seem to change alot so the communication has to be clear in order to stay in the loop

-poor work life balance - poor upper management training and oversight - high turnover
