Pros
Small company so everyone can build friendship easily, and most of my peers I worked with are friendly and share the same feeling about work ethics and company morale as I do.
Cons
Where to begin... 1. Favortism among management and some employees are very apparent. 2. Poor management. Managers do not seem to care for their employees opinions and feedback. 3. Employees often do not feel appreciated or valued in their position and what they contribute to the company.
