Pros
One of my favorite things about working for Liberty was the level of interest that upper-level management has in making sure their employees are well-equipped to do their job and also that they are happy in their job. It is a fast-growing company with many opportunities for their employees to get in and make a place for themselves. Management works with their employees to make sure their skills are being put to the best use for both the employee and the company to succeed. I've worked at larger companies before and was a little concerned about how well organized a smaller company would be, especially in terms of job responsibilities, career advancement and vision for the future, but Liberty outshines them all. On top of that, the company goes above and beyond to make sure they are operating in the best interest of their customers. They've had customers who have been with them for 20+ years and the customer service team really works hard to ensure that continues to happen. The pharmacy industry is a complicated one, but Liberty truly strives to build and support a product that can help make it better for independent pharmacies. I am so glad I had the opportunity to work for such a wonderful company!
Cons
If you're not a good multi-tasker, working at a smaller company requires the wearing of multiple hats at times. So, if you're looking for a place where you have a predictable day, that may be a con for some people.
