This company is not employee-friendly and has extremely unfair policies. They force employees to sign a 3-year bond with a ₹2 lakh penalty, which is highly unreasonable. Without any prior notice, they terminate employees and don’t provide a proper reason or explanation. There is no job security, and overall the work environment feels unstable and stressful. Not a recommended place to build a career.
