Great co-workers poor management and pay. - Library Assistant Library Systems & Services Employee Review

No room for advancement. Management has no idea how to treat or pay employees. You have to earn vacation and sick time but you get "punished" if you use it. People have been there for 10+ years (before LSSI took over) and have the same pay as new hires. Management constantly looks over your shoulder and has no respect for employees. Supervisors gossip and talk behind peoples backs and treat them unfairly.
