Pros
If someone was wanting to get a foot in their door in libraries LS&S could give them a start with experience and basics of working in a library. Local library staff is great and works hard to support the community library.
Cons
For someone with a degree or wanting to grow their skills, they will run into roadblocks and frustration with how far they can go and the ideals of the company that doesn't seem invested in employees future for long-term career. The overarching management of the larger LS&S doesn't understand the small libraries realities and struggles and tries to manage with corporate solutions that just frustrate.
