Pros
There are absolutely no pros to working for LSSI. This section requires twenty words minimum which is why I'm even bothering to continue writing in this section.
Cons
Pay, corporate priorities, bickering with city officials, horrible upper management. Being able to do direct deposit is considered a 'benefit', turnover rate is so high because this company has no idea how a library should be run. Run their libraries on a skeleton crew with lower pay than anywhere else.
