      good pay if you negotiate well before joining. (only time to do it)

      Cons

      de-protised web development work outside office hours (anyday and anytime) should be in office to get salary (otherwise LOP) have to work for free on (any kind of leave) need to wait for cto to approve wfh (not managers)
