Good company to work for especially if you are looking to have a flexible schedule. As a college student I can honestly say that it works for me.

Not really any downsides while working here its really a good work environment

Many decent people handling the day to day.

Stressful operations environment. Upper management is a joke. Expectations to always be ready and willing to "take one for the team"... meaning little work/life balance. Little to no real communication, support, or training.
