Pros

You feel like more than just an employee, it's like a little family. The company has helped me grow so much over the years, and management has always been very understanding that sometimes unexpected things happen in life.

Cons

Not much room for growth currently.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on working at LCE. We're glad you felt the family atmosphere we've been able to create here! Life Cycle Engineering's vision is to create a work environment where employees develop personally and professionally, and where employees have fun, develop advocate clients by providing valuable services, and create profit for the company. While we still have some room to improve on growth opportunities, that is an area we are constantly working on. For example, we're promoting our internal job posting/application process and have been trending up in promotions over the last few years. We also take a holistic view of growth by offering stretch assignments, training, certifications, our InnovateLCE program, and more!
