Pros
LCE provides a good salary with a good benefit package. The most important things is they are stable - over 30 years of private ownership with slow steady growth. good leadership without a win at all costs thought process
Cons
the downside is that our resources - IT, cubes, etc. are middle of the road. we do not seem to be very aggressive in business development
