      Pros

      Good pay and benefits but not worth the stress.

      Cons

      The organisation is struggling with an identity crisis. It doesn’t know what it stands for and how it’s going to achieve anything. Communication is extremely poor. Colleagues disappear overnight and nothing is said because it’s rife in NDAs. The CEO didn’t bother to understand the organisation or the teams before blazing ahead. People are put into jobs without transparent recruitment processes and funding is given to projects where there’s a clear conflict of interest.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits but it comes at the risk of redundancy at any point depending on what the c-suite suddenly decide to focus on.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership, especially the CEO, and toxic culture at the top. Workplace bullying and contracts/jobs being awarded based on who is friends with who.

      Great people and benefit package.

      The C-suite blames others for its shortcomings and prioritises visibility at high-profile events over operational integrity. Priorities shift abruptly, often depending on the CEO’s mood.
