Amazing clients and projects, some great people work there
Cons
Generally understaffed and projects are poorly managed with lots of internal chaos hidden from the client. Everything is a crisis and this means that things are not worked on before they become a crisis. I observed multiple people burning out in front of me. The company uses the amazing clients/projects to lure people in and then crush them with poor priority management and "get this done at any cost". If they made generic widgets they would have gone out of business years ago. Unfortunately, they have a line of fresh graduates that would do anything to work in this universe and they know it. This place could be amazing, but it really is not. If you do go in, keep you eyes open and your alternate options current.
