      shifts last the whole day (10-7), departments not working together as a team, compassion fatigue/burnout is REAL

      working with animals and great people

      Cons

      those great people are rare. its very much like highschool where people are trying to sleep with other people or petty behavior to get employees fired due to them not liking the person.
