      Pros

      Employees seem to care about their work although. The job us full time?

      Cons

      Nepotism, discrimination, understaffed, benefits not the same for everyone. Not willing to listen. Overworking employees.Pushing out new technology for the sake of making money before it’s ready for the public. No room for growth as they give the senior roles to their peers.

      Pros

      The pay is great and the IT Director, Software Architect and Engineering Lead are awesome people and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Overall, the people at the company are extremely judgmental and take nothing but your flaws into consideration before casting a negative opinion about you, then assure you that everything is just peachy right before 86ing you. Empathy doesn't exist within the company culture and if you're not exactly like them in every way, you're either on drugs or a "bad fit".
