Pros

Good entry-level experience to get your foot in the door. Immediate coworkers were very supportive, management not so much.

Cons

Management at all levels is incompetent and does not care about the people they serve. They only care about productivity and metrics. COO sent out a company-wide email basically telling everyone that the future of behavioral health is dependent on them, instead of company practices. Low morale, Benefits (restrictions on PTO, no bereavement leave), and no raises due to budget cuts (and a new shiny building), and insurance fraud they are still trying to pay off.

Pros

I love working here! My team is great and my supervisor is amazing. She is always available to help and willing to step in when things get difficult with families.

Cons

Working with the families can be the toughest part when families are not aligned with MST values.

Pros

Most co-workers are amazing people. The organization attempts to be an incredible resource for the community, but unfortunately falls short.

Cons

Just about everything... from the cost of insurance to the leadership and back down to the workload and salary. They even hired someone to Direct an entire division that had ZERO experience in that area of expertise or knowledge of the programs. Which only contributed to a greater divide between employees and management. None of it makes sense.
