Pros

You only had to work your 8 hour shift and did not need to have to do any overtime. The work was extremely easy. Good health benefits after 90 days.

Cons

The location in Union is just horrible if you take public transportation (especially if you work the evening or overnight shifts). Micromanagement is the word of the day, management is constantly walking around looking over your shoulder. "Training" was laughably non-existent. Pay was pretty low ( in 2011/2012 it was $12.00/hr ). You only have five (5) excused sick days for an entire year, no exceptions. Firing of staff was always done at the drop of a hat and always publicly. You were not allowed to have any personal items at all at your station, and you were also not allowed to even have water or coffee at your desk. Lunch was only 30 minutes with two (2) 15 minute breaks spaced widely apart. The VP at the time I worked there was an arrogant, spiteful man with no compassion for anyone ( I once witnessed an employee collapse in the break room from stress who had to be sent to the ER and this man did not bat an eye ).

Pros

Work/Home life is very well balanced. Management is all hands in. We do not blindly follow here. There is a reason and an explanation for everything. You are set up for success here. They work on getting people "in the right seats" so we can exceed at the job we do. People retire here. The turnover is slim.

Cons

I guess the only 'con' is we cannot snack at our desk!
