      - Fun loving environment - friendly people - Very experienced and brilliant people, potentially one could learn a lot from them

      Cons

      - Small company (Can be a pro too, but for me it caused a small problem). - A misunderstanding caused a bad first impression with higher management. Things went downhill from there.

      Pros

      Small intimate crew who genuinely cares about the growth and development of one another. Work really well together as a team. Challenging at times since we are a small crew, but we always manage to get it done and quickly. Senior has an open door policy - their doors are always open throughout the day and are extremely approachable - even if you don't want to chat about work! They care about their employees more than anything, and make work fun and flexible. Highly recommend.

      Sometimes we have to dress up for Halloween ;)
