There are not any pro’s. Do not work in the Phoenix market as a sales rep or manager. The owner will fire you soon. It’s been this way for 5 years. No leads. I warned you. I know over 15 people that worked and are gone within 6 months to 2 years and this include manager. They closed the office in Dallas too. Say no to the Phoenix market

The reputation in Phoenix is bad. No leads. They take care of 2 people. Management is none. They hire and fire all the time. Every other better Window company in Phoenix is much better. They treat you much better.
