The company currently lacks clear leadership and strategic direction. Communication from the top has been poor, often unclear, reactive, and inconsistent. With several cuts appearing to have taken place in recent months, the environment feels unstable and uncertain. In its current form, I would not recommend the company as an employer. I do hope the business is able to correct course, but at present it feels like a company struggling to find direction. It is hard to imagine investors being fully confident in the outlook without meaningful change.
